Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you use cleancitync.com or our owner portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective January 1, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, property details, and any messages you send us through the contact form, the chatbot, or by email.

We also collect information automatically when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is logged for security and aggregate analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, scope quotes, schedule onboarding walkthroughs, run cleaning operations on your account, send service-related emails, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We share information with the third-party providers we rely on to operate the business: Resend for transactional email, Supabase for our database and authentication, Streamline for property management sync, and Cloudflare or similar for content delivery and security. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

4. Owner Portal Data

Owners with active Clean City contracts have additional data in our owner portal: turn schedules, completion photos, issue logs, invoices, and historical reporting. Portal access is gated by login, scoped to your properties, and never shared across owners. The portal URL is provided privately at onboarding.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies for authentication, language preference, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may stop working. Aggregate analytics tell us which pages perform well; they don’t identify you personally.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact and account information for as long as you have an active relationship with us, plus a reasonable period after for tax, audit, and dispute reasons. Operational logs (turn photos, inspection reports) are retained for the duration of your contract plus three years.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@cleancitync.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Residents of California, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights described in those statutes.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers.
