Fair Housing Policy

Clean City operates in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and state and local laws prohibiting discrimination.

Effective January 1, 2026

1. Our commitment

Clean City is committed to providing equal service and equal opportunity to all individuals regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation. We do not discriminate in the clients we accept, the homes we service, the employees we hire, or the contractor crews we partner with.

2. Supporting owners’ compliance

Many of our clients are vacation rental property owners subject to the Fair Housing Act. We support our owners’ compliance by treating every guest’s property identically: same checklist, same standard, same documentation. Our turn photos and inspection reports give owners a defensible record of equal treatment across the portfolio.

3. Applicable laws

We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and the state and local equivalents in every jurisdiction we operate in. Where local laws extend protections beyond federal law, we follow the broader standard.

4. Accessibility-aware cleaning

When properties include accessibility features (step-free entries, single-floor living, wheelchair-friendly bathrooms, sensory-considerate finishes), our checklists are tuned to preserve and verify those features on every turn. If a property has specific accessibility needs we should account for, owners can flag them at onboarding.

5. Reporting a concern

If you believe you have experienced discrimination from a Clean City representative, please contact us at info@cleancitync.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially. We retaliate against no one for raising a good-faith concern.
