  • What areas do you serve?
    We're headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina, and serve luxury vacation rentals nationwide. Larger portfolios get on-site team leads. Smaller markets are handled through trained local partner crews vetted by us.
  • How fast can you start?
    Onboarding takes one to two weeks. Walkthrough first, then checklist build, then a test turn before we go live. Same-week starts are possible for owners who can host a quick walkthrough.
  • Do you provide linens?
    Yes. The linen program is hospital-fold, hotel-grade. We track par levels per property, deliver clean stock on a turn cadence, and pick up used. Owners can opt out and use their own laundry if they prefer.
  • How do you charge?
    Per-turn pricing based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and special items (hot tubs, multiple living spaces, pet add-ons). Linen and inspections are line items, not bundled. No long-term contracts.
  • What if a cleaner misses something?
    Inspections catch most things before checkout. If a guest still flags an issue, we re-dispatch within hours and waive the second visit. Photos and a written explanation go to the owner the same day.
  • Can you integrate with my PMS?
    Yes. We sync with Streamline, Hostfully, OwnerRez, and most major calendar platforms. For owners on Airbnb only, we ingest the iCal feed.
  • Do owners get a portal?
    Yes. Real-time view of turns scheduled, completed, photos, issues, and invoices. One login covers your whole portfolio.
  • Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
    Yes to both. W-2 lead inspectors, background-checked contractor crews, and full general liability coverage on the company.
