This is the exact checklist our local operations teams follow before a single guest checks in. No shortcuts, no 'quick tidies,' no exceptions.

The 60-point standard

    Hotel-grade linens

    Every bed stripped, laundered at commercial temperature, and remade with fresh sheets and freshly laundered pillow and mattress covers.

  2. 02

    Deep kitchen reset

    Every appliance wiped, fridge emptied and sanitized, dishes washed and checked, sink and counters scrubbed, trash pulled.

  3. 03

    Bathroom-by-bathroom

    Tubs, showers, toilets, and floors disinfected. Fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash restocked on every turnover.

  4. 04

    Touch-point sanitization

    Door handles, light switches, remotes, thermostats, and countertop surfaces wiped with EPA-approved cleaner.

  5. 05

    Full restock

    Coffee, tea, paper goods, welcome snacks, cleaning supplies. Every consumable we promise on the listing is physically checked by an operator.

  6. 06

    Pre-arrival inspection

    Every home passes a 60-point inspection before check-in. No 'we hope it is clean.' An actual human walks every room.

We staff every Clean City account with trained operations crews under W-2 lead inspectors. The same cleaners prep the same homes week after week. They catch the things a rotating crew would miss, and they take pride in the product in a way that does not happen on a per-job contract.

If a guest still flags an issue, we re-dispatch within hours and waive the second visit. Photos and a written explanation go to the owner the same day. That’s the Clean City re-dispatch policy. No fine print.
