By accessing or using Clean City NC's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Clean City NC provides vacation rental turnover cleaning, linen programs, consumable management, trash removal, and operations management services. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Individual service agreements between Clean City NC and property managers or owners will specify the exact scope, pricing, and terms of service. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any individual service agreement.
Service pricing is determined on a per-property basis. Owner stays receive a 25% discount as specified in individual service agreements. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Clients are responsible for providing Clean City NC with appropriate access to properties. This includes providing working lockbox codes, smart lock access, or key arrangements. We are not liable for delays caused by inability to access a property.
All cleaning services are subject to our quality inspection process. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will address your concerns promptly.
Clean City NC maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by guests. Any claims for damage during service must be reported within 48 hours.
We treat all client information, property details, and booking data as confidential. Our team members sign confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose your information to unauthorized third parties.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Clean City NC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
